I am only aware of one other one armed musician, Rick Allen, drummer for the Rock Band, Def Leopard.
This documentary was an eye opener, not least because, I played keyboards in various bands, until a few years ago,
To play one handed sounded like an impossibility, which drew me to watching. I was astounded, and more than impressed.
As the documentary progressed, I learned many things I was not aware of e.g., left handed piano pieces being composed by some of the world's revered composers and, a left handed pianest, Paul Wittenstein being lauded in of all places, the TV series M. A. S. H. This confirms I have not seen oll of the series because, if I had, I would have learned more.
Excellent documentary which caught my attention, and held it from start to finish. Something that doesn't always happen in this day and age.

This is a sweet story of a man who overcomes tremendous barriers to follow a passion, and along the way shares his strength with students who needed a beacon of hope.
He never gives up, and even in his retirement he's moving and shaking the music world with his drive and his talent.
And he succeeds beyond his wildest imagination. It was a gem.
