A mystery in the best film noir tradition: There is the lonely detective narrating the story as it unfolds, a mystery woman and a case of a missing person. Instead of asphalt jungle, breathtaking views of Montana. Adversaries rising from the uncontrolled, untamed subconscious. "Weather is weather, but people are strange." With a decent copy, not like the pixel jumble I got a hold of, this might even have earned an 8/10. But a brilliant use of the production's meager resources, in any case.
