This could have been done much better. Better acting would have made this more bearable to watch. It was clear through most of the movie that many of the actors with speaking roles had no idea what they were doing. Only one character was developed. Ice-T was on the poster and only in three scene for a total of 1.5 minutes. The dialogue writing was horrible. No one says "Yes. That is correct." when speaking to a colleague. Its "You got it" or "That's right" or even "That's correct". Just bad writing. However, the underlying story and what the film is trying to say makes it worth the watch.

The subject line was very thought provoking; but they casted the wrong folks to bring these characters to life.

This film start with three family members gathering at the kitchen, and the father went away to work scene! As turnout, this film is about a police officer "Chris" need to clear his name by self-defense to resume his job! Entire film full of boring conversation, and annoying overuse scene! Such as, overuse of the walking scene, overuse of the searching scene, overuse of the eating scene, overuse of the drinking scene, overuse of the smoking scene, overuse of the interrogate scene, overuse of the staring scene, overuse of the kissing scene, overuse of the arresting scene, overuse of the calling names scene, overuse of the arguing scene, and overuse of the driving scene! Make the film unwatchable! At the end, Chris clear his name, and resume his job! That's it! Wasting time to watch!

Excellent! There is nothing bad I've found in this movie. It's relevance goes without words but the way is it put together is an attempt that many have tried. This movie delivers.
