ISmart Shankar (Ram Pothineni) is back to his old self and is a their. Big Bull (Sanjay Dutt) is a dreaded criminal who is not just insanely rich but also straight up insane, seeking immortality. Big Bull gets diagnosed with tumor and is told his days are numbered. Thus, begins the memory transfer plan once again with Shankar being the lab rat. There is a backstory to Shankar and his mother Pochamma, linked with Big Bull. Then, there is Boka for no reason. Add to this, the Puri madness of a crazy mission Big Bull is on to start a civil war within the country. How Shankar outsmarts the dumb bunch, forms rest of the story. Puri Jagannadh's new film was an assault on all senses and his script sense has simply vanished. I did wonder that post Liger, he would really take things seriously but there is clearly no intention of reviving himself. The screenplay lacks any sort of clarity and though it has Puri's absurdity, it is simply devoid of any sort of highs. The songs were painful and the scenes are so random like it's characters, there is literally no character arc for any of the actors in the film. However silly might be the main plot, both Ram and Sanju Baba couldn't save it. But it were pointless characters like that of Pragathi as another Pochamma or even Ali's Boka, who only add onto the runtime. The content is definitely in bad taste and what is more surprising is, nobody involved in this project realized what turd they were going to film throughout the shooting schedule.

This Movie Wasted My Time** There are bad movies, and then there's this one. I don't think I've ever walked out of a movie feeling more frustrated, angry, and like I completely wasted my time and money. From the opening scene to the final credits, this film failed on every level. I went into it with at least some hope for entertainment, but instead, I found myself sitting through two hours of poorly executed nonsense that left me wondering how a film this bad ever made it to the screen. **Plotless and Pointless** Let's start with the story - or rather, the lack of one. The plot (if you can call it that) was nonsensical, scattered, and incredibly hard to follow. It felt like the filmmakers were trying to pack every clichรฉ, twist, and tired trope into one movie, with no thought given to pacing or coherence. Every time it seemed like the film was going somewhere, it would take a hard left into a completely irrelevant subplot that added nothing to the story. There was no emotional connection to any of the characters, no development to make me care about what was happening, and certainly no payoff for sticking it out until the end. The dialogue was lazy, filled with cringe-worthy one-liners that weren't funny and moments that were supposed to be dramatic but came off as laughably bad. Overall, the story was a jumbled mess, and it felt like the writers didn't even try to create something meaningful or original. **Terrible Acting** Bad acting is one thing, but this movie took it to a whole new level. I've seen better performances in high school plays. The actors delivered their lines with all the enthusiasm of someone reading a phone book, and their complete lack of chemistry made it impossible to believe they were real people with real emotions. Some of the more "emotional" scenes were so overacted that they became unintentionally hilarious, and that's never a good sign for a drama. It's hard to say if the actors are entirely to blame, or if the script they were working with was just that bad, but either way, it was painful to watch. I found myself groaning at almost every line, wishing I could turn off the movie or fast-forward through the cringe-inducing performances. **Awful Direction** The direction was completely uninspired. It's like the director couldn't decide what kind of movie they were making - is it a drama? A comedy? An action thriller? In the end, it didn't succeed in any genre. The tone was all over the place, and the pacing was atrocious. Long, drawn-out scenes that went nowhere dragged the movie into unbearable territory. At one point, I checked my watch and was shocked to find only 30 minutes had passed - it felt like I had been sitting there for an eternity. The camera work was equally sloppy, with awkward angles and bizarre shot choices that did nothing to enhance the film. There were moments where it felt like the movie was trying to be "artsy" or "innovative," but it just came across as pretentious and amateurish. It's clear that the director had no idea how to build tension or create any kind of atmosphere that would engage the audience. **Technical Disasters** Even on a technical level, this movie failed. The special effects were cheap and unconvincing, and the editing was choppy, making it even harder to follow the already incoherent plot. The soundtrack was forgettable at best and downright distracting at worst, with music that didn't fit the scenes at all. It was like the filmmakers threw together whatever they could find without any thought about how it would enhance or complement the story (or what little story there was). **Conclusion: Stay Far Away** In short, this movie was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I rarely feel this strongly about a movie, but this one genuinely made me angry. It wasn't just bad, it was insulting to anyone who values their time. I can't even recommend it as a "so bad it's good" type of movie.

The biggest flaw in this movie was the constant use of the F cuss word and loose morals. I don't know if the first movie was this bad or not, I must have watched an edited version bc I don't remember this kind of language being used or so much talk about sex. That part of Double iSmart was very difficult to sit through. I really liked the first movie, Ismart Shankar, it was a little rough around the edges morally, but not completely offensive like this movie. And why do all Indian movies have to be so violent?! That was awful to sit through. The movie had multiple plot holes, which I've come to expect from Indian movies. The guy who played the villain, Sanjay Dutt, is way too old to play this part. He was painful to watch. Ram Pothineni was amazing, seriously. I love the iSmart character that he created. I'm a huge fan of his past movies. His new stuff seems to be a bit edgy tho and I really like clean movies. I was really annoyed that there was no clear connection between iSmart Shankar and Dbl iSmart, but that goes back to those famous Indian movie plot holes. I kind of expected that. And I've seen several Indian movies where the sequel is just another story using the same characters but no clear correlation between the two plots whatsoever. I sat through this movie at the theater and didn't get up and leave, I loved every second Ram was on screen (he's just too beautiful to ignore), the songs weren't that great (again, too immoral for my tastes), and the story was too much of a stretch. I wouldn't watch it again and I wish I had waited for it to come out on streaming so I could have fast forwarded through all of the violence and lewd music and maybe the F word would have been edited out.

The film started with a sentimental scene, which will not make the viewer engaging,it will feel lag. This film lacks so much realism, feels like everything is setup and everything will happen as expected in first part. Till the last hour the film feels slow and not so intresting. As a sequel i think it's failed to take over the prequel of this. They tried to create a love story but it's cringe. Bad camera movement. It may will be good if like this would have happened - Shankar will be the villain, to kill the villain,as both the minds were same they think the same, like war of equal strength no one wins or loses. I mean Sanjay Dutt vs Sanjay Dutt(Shankar) it would be interesting because no viewer knows who will be winning.. as they are equal strengths. Overall good story but some minor changes it would be astonishing. Some elements feel like routine scenes. Lacks creativity.

Expecting a nice little thriller judging by the summary of the movie. What I got was terrible acting which was cringeworthy at times, a ridiculous plot, loud and obnoxious music and on top of that the absolutely irritating character Boka. Always hard to understand how some movies get greenlit anyways. Fightscenes are so OTT (not every punch or kick makes the badguy swirl in mid-air) and the bad guys laughable. I've seen some bad movies in my time but this is just next level. Avoid at all cost and treat yourself to a nice dinner instead. Hope this and other reviews will be enough warning for you!

Unsure if Puri himself reads this review. I have always admired Puri for his dialogues and story telling. However, this movie was a hard watch. Glad that I skimmed it through on Amazon prime. Second half is painful. I don't know why they introduced Pragathi as old pochamma. The character lacks depth. There is no detail in character sketching and the plot is wafer thin. Ali's comedy is funny but he uses derogatory language often. Ram is too loud and he often uses filthy language as well. Sanjay dutt is wasted. Unsure why he is casted in the first place. I would request Puri to focus on the characterisation and the plot. Unwanted action sequences and unreal events are no longer appreciated by the audience.

The film is a complete disappointment, feeling like a recycled version of their own previous work. It's a waste of both money and time don't bother watching it in theaters or even on OTT platforms. Save yourself the effort and avoid this film altogether. The film is a major letdown, essentially a lazy copy of their own previous work. The plot lacks originality and fails to engage, making it a waste of both money and time. Avoid watching it in theaters or on OTT platforms; it's not worth the effort. The storyline is predictable, the acting uninspired, and the overall experience disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and skip this one entirely.
