If you've seen Paresh Raval's Gujarati Plays and Dramas, you have seen him in his element. In Dear Father, I felt as if I was watching Paresh Raval live. His acting was fantastic! It is rare that the mettle of a solid screenplay and fantastic acting skills can keep you hinged to your screen for the whole length of a movie. This movie sucks you in from the start, and keeps you there till the last scene. My respect for Paresh Raval's fantastic acting skills has changed to admiration. This movie is a career defining point for all of its creators and especially the actors and the script writers. For many years now I have wished Gujarati Cinema to reach this level and deliver this quality of entertainment, awe, thrill and bucketloads of laughter. I can happily say that with Dear Father, we have finally reached that level! A standing ovation to all the members of the team. This is a defining moment for Gujarati Cinema and it is wonderful that Paresh Raval is leading the path forward.

Never under estimate Guajarati movies/film industry. Good acting, good story. More movies like this............................................. paresh rawal acting was great.

Very heart touching story, very well played by Paresh Rawal and Chetan dhanani and all star cast. Awesome story line all the very best to all start cast specially Chetan dhanani for a great future. Waiting for another super hit. Must watch with family.

Good points Story relates to every day life of joint family members. Excellent acting by Paresh Ravel. Some part of the script was very very funny. Beginning was very good. Points for improvements Storyline was weak the logic did not follow throughput and it became monotonous. Did not attract audience attention After interval. Lacking Entertainment element such as a song or a dance. On the whole good film but certainly not Paresh Ravels best.

Paresh Rawal's acting is mind blowing. The whole concept of this movie is really great. And I really loved the subtle way of visuals and dialogues explaining dome deep meaning of life. Can't wait to watch this again with my family.

The only thing good about the movie was the acting of Paresh Sir and his comic timing. The story gave a good build-up at the beginning, but the ending was something else.

I advise to film team please dub in hindi and other languages its very very important movie for this 5g generation! Heads off to Paresh Rawal sir and all casting crew what an amazing acting 😊

Whoever has watched a live drama of "Dear Father" knows a brilliant acting done by Paresh Rawal & fantastic storyline full with emotions. Must watch movie with family. A rare movie in these time which is watchable with family in theatre.

One of the worst movies i have seen recently . I dont know how the director thought they could make audience sympathize with such a toxic father . Shameless movie.
