Bill (John T. Woods) seemingly hits the jackpot when he winds up with the stash of a casino robber. The problem comes when he attempts to fence the chips to double dealing crooks and a dirty cop (Ray Trickitt).
This is a slow burn crime drama. Bill was a boring character and everyone in the feature was bland and unlikable. The characters were dead long before they hit the ground.
