This was a tough one to sit through; not because it's an effective and uncomfortable to experience horror, but simply because it's just really, really bad. There isn't much to recommend about this tonally uneven movie from Tony Jopia. It's gross in the worst possible way, there's absolutely no artistic flair on display and the performances are...well, people turned up, stood in front of the camera and said lines of dialogue. In the plus column, I did feel an effort had been made to cram as many events into the running time as possible, even if most of it was garbage. However, it only makes sense that so much is going on because there are several writers credited with work on the screenplay (several scripts meshed into a single feature, perhaps?) but unfortunately, every single one of those writers should be embarrassed. This is the kind of movie you sit through and by the time the credits roll you just disappointedly sigh the words, "Oh dear!".

Cute Little Buggers (2017) is a movie I recently watched for free on Tubi this holiday season. The storyline focuses on alien invaders that deliver their assassins to Earth as bunnies and send them to a small town during Easter. Little do the aliens know the most organized and sophisticated pet police in the United States also reside in this town. An epic battle ensues. This movie is directed by Tony Jopia (Crying Wolf) and stars Caroline Munro (Maniac), Dani Thompson (Christmas Slay), John R. Walker (Jack the Giant Slayer) and Honey Holmes (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom). The storyline and writing for this is absurd; however, the alien masks/makeup and dialogue was a blast and had me cracking up. The film starts off with a great rack and it's a rollercoaster from there. The CGI for the rabbits, blood and every kill scene is atrociously bad. There are some good kill scenes sprinkled in like the arrow through the face scene and some good lines; loved, "Fk off old stuff." Overall all this is a terrible movie with a splash of worthwhile humor. If you're looking for something to kill time I'd catch it once and I'd score this a 5/10.

This FAR exceeded expectations and blows the classic 1972 "Night of the Lupus" (which sucked, by the way) clear out of the water!

If you're in the mood for a hilarious, cheesy romp through the English countryside with some ass kicking characters, immoderate CGI and hysterical one-liners, look no further than Cute Little Buggers.

These people know how to make a low budget movie correctly! Funny, campy, the right bit of blood and guts. They spent their money on the right FX and went for the cheese factor. Who doesn't love aliens who want women for breeders and killer bunnies! Two paws up and an 8 carrot rating.

The premise was great but the movie isn't. There's quite a few plot holes, way too many characters and it's about 30 minutes too long. I watched this because Caroline Munro got top billing and she was in the movie for about 2 minutes. Not the worst killer rabbit movie I have seen but I wouldn't recommend it.

For those of you who miss the teen sex horror films of the 80's, this is a throwback including Caroline Munro. Don't need to say too much. Aliens of a dying race need Earth women for breeding. Rabbits are used to capture women and kill men in a way that makes "The Holy Grail" appear feasible. The prodigal son returns to Thomas Valley and rekindles a love and makes amends with his father in case you need a faux drama. Good comic characters. Guide: F-word, sex, ample nudity (Honey Holmes, Dani Thompson, Rosie Pearson, Lydie Misiek, Camilla Rowland)

The good thing about this B-movie is it had a little horror and gore, an actual story and a few topless moments for the younger viewers I guess. The bad, the cgi could have been better. Overall, It was not obsessed with having topless women running around thankfully. It had a story which in parts was quite funny and the acting was very good for this type of movie, the photography was good too and very professional. I have seen so much rubbish lately that this was a relief to watch and unlike most movies nowdays it actually got me to laugh out loud, so no matter what other people might have issues with, for me this was definitely an 8 and I look forward to seeing what other movies they have made.

After watching and really liking Dawning of the Dead I searched for another Tony Jopia movie. Well thankfully I Came across another delightful romp through the English countryside. Once again Tony Jopia directs his way into our horror hearts and does not disappoint with Cute Little Buggers. Aliens make a stop on earth with intentions of impregnating earth women to help repopulate there dying bread. They mutate bunnies into violent hideous monsters to help kidnap the women and kill the men. There are so many likable characters that you even cheer for the not so likable next ones. This is a fun movie that delights horror fans of new and old. It pays a lot of homage to classic wild animals go crazy movies of the 70's and 80's. It even has Original scream queen Caroline Munro In it. There are scenes of extreme gore. Killer mutated cute bunnies. And let's admit why guys watch these type of movies, cute girls running and hanging around naked. Tony Jopia has a great crew and cast which he re-unites with his movies. Everyone of his regular actors most noteworthy Kristofer Dayne, Honey Holmes, Fabien Muller and Sara Dee hits there marks and provide very entertaining movies. This is a town that everyone would like to be part of and when the bunnies hit the fan there ready to defend there town and rescue there women. While the movie does not take it self seriously, doesn't mean it's a silly movie. A lot was put into making this movie. Entertaining dialogue, a great cast. Pretty cool bunny effects and awesome splatter. A fun enjoyable movie that should not be missed.
