This is a great example of SF writing that took it's small budget and did something with it. It's like an old Twilight Zone in color. And the effects shots are perfectly gruesome. I have rarely gone to a movie where the tone was set so well before the title is even shown. Kudos for this director and his actors and crew. Why this has not gotten a wide release is beyond me! I had to see it in New York City. The pay off could be "asss tro nomical". He he.

I liked this movie the first time i watched it freshman year of college. the second time not so much. and there won't be a third. the two complements i can give this movie are an interesting premise and some cool movie making techniques for a low budget film. the acting is TERRIBLE. so is the dialogue and characters. seriously, i hated all of the characters. they were either annoying, stupid or unrealistic. and it had no substance. it was basically weird just for the sake of being weird (2 viewings)

Cube or i would call that rubik cube,the idea was like someone playing with a rubik cube and the movie was shot inside the cubes, i like this kinda of movies i find this kind intresting movies they would give you to challenge yourself some and think its mind games movie, i get it its a old movie and a small limited budget, still good for what they have done almost all the movie was shot with in one cube thats what you will feel for yourself you must be a creative person for low budgets, i cant say its a bad movie what if i watched this in its time i would be interested more than i am now cuz i find more better than this, but i wont compare this with now days i accept what a great job they have done, acting wasnt there didnt feel any of the characters everyone was on his mind didnt like the actors neither the acting, the ending was just missing there didnt feel it ended, i wont recommend this but if your into this kinda movies then give it a go, 6/10⭐

This movie was actually better, than i thought it would be! I really dug the premise! I like that the movie expects you to be smart, since its all about numbers and math. This movie plays on your fear of being trapped in a tiny place with no way out! There are some gory scenes, but it is not like Saw! Instead this movie is carried by its unique premise and great performances! The actors are doing a great job and makes every character unique. If the characters were bad, this movie would have sucked! Overall the movie will leave you guessing all the way to the end! I get that some people are disapointed with the ending, but i actually liked it! Sometimes less is more.

The amazing original idea which could have been used for making cult classic for all times. The idea that deserves 10/10 is by terrible realization degraded to average trash. Acting is mediocre and sociologically and psychologically movie is a complete failure. Characters are so two-dimensional that viewers cannot relate to them, therefore there's no fear, no tension, no emotions, nothing... There is a single scene that kept me on the edge of my chair, while everything else was just sad cliché. And, of course, the ending is lousy in every way. There's not much sense in making a quality remake, because originality is the main charm of this story, and this movie completely wasted that awesome idea. When the movie ended I felt sad and angry at the same time. The idea deserves 10/10, the realization is maybe 4/10, so we have a weak 7 movie out of what should have been 11/10 masterpiece... 7/10

One of the worst films I've ever seen. Woeful script, wooden acting, and no plot other than a group of people trying to fathom their way out of a complex cubed maze. No explanation of how or why they got there in the first place, and an ending that sees one of them escape into white light -and that's it. One of the group ('Worth') is a nihilist who has worked out that life is utterly pointless -just like this film. I was angry at myself for seeing it through to the end, because I stupidly thought there might be some twist or explanation, but there isn't.
