Aaron Paul plays a man whose girlfriend disappears without a trace, and he becomes obsessed with finding her, and discovers a lot about her he never knew. It's one of those double edge titles. As Paul goes on the journey to look for his girl we flash back and forth from past to present, taking a look at how these two met and fell in love, but you realize Aaron's character never really knew her, so he's doing more than just finding her physically, as it truly is a journey unraveling the complex world she refused to share with him. Directed by Zack Whedon the brother of Joss Whedon (Guy who created Buffy, the Vampire Slayer), I feel certain simulates in their story telling. I don't want to get into it as it might spoil the movie, but if you are a fan of the type of stories Joss likes to tell than you'll enjoy Zack's story. It's somewhat a crime drama leaning towards the drama part more often, with a focus on Aaron Paul that puts his leading man capabilities to the test. Plus it's very romantic not just in the story told but how it's implemented. Very watchable

I feel like I wasted 2 hours of my life. This movie started out good. Had my attention from the beginning. Dragged on though, I guess you're suppose to love the way the movie goes but it left me feeling like What ? For one I don't really know what, why, who, where and how .... it was drug out. The story line has been done before but they could have revamped it. At first you're all into trying to figure exactly what is going on but by the 30 minute mark I was ready to turn to something else. I finished watching though because with movies these days you just never know. Needless to say I could have done without watching this film.

The love story and opening scene were charming and all. But there was one ridiculous element after another. They love each other. Then the girl mysteriously disappears. Very sad. But then the boyfriend finds the hidden photos. In the end we find out that she was some kind of spy who left photographic "insurance" buried in her garden. Granted, electronic copies along with the paper copies and negatives. Negatives? Really? And one copy electronically on a zip drive. I have multiple copies of my stuff on various drives, down to my short films, various photos and my mp3s. But this deadly spy left behind ONE copy. ONE. And what're the photos that are so important. One of the bad guy spy, but not of his face. That is her insurance. And who is this lady brilliant spy? One who leaves behind a volume of photographic leads to her former lives. Not just with her last boyfriend, but the boyfriend before that. And she apparently went on her Los Angeles spy missions on the bus. Lost why the black partner of the lady spy took a year to come back and search for those photos. The very funny element was when the boyfriend packed his bag, along with a handgun and a hammer. He was then allowed to board a plane with that very bag, as he then had both when he arrived in Canada from Los Angeles. (Nevermind the fact that the car he stole off his attacker and then subsequently used later in the movie would have easily been found via GPS.) I was also lost when the boyfriend was walking in the street of that empty Canadian neighborhood from "something" to that house. He took a big wad of cash off that guy. He couldn't afford a cab? So, in the end, I didn't care what happened to both of them when they tried their Butch and Sundance routine instead of waiting a few minutes for the cops to show up from all the commotion.

Girlfriend goes missing. Guy looks for her. There is no point to this story whatsoever. Apparently she has been multiple different people with different names, and has gone missing from multiple boyfriends. He finds her, and apparently everyone is trying to kill her over this film. Does not tell who she really is. I dont understand what that film is that everyone is after. Waste of 2 hours.

My first ever review. I only really decided to watch this movie because i'm a big Aaron Paul fan (Breaking Bad fan). The movie was a bit slow to start off with, but to be honest, I was really surprised with it as it reached the ending. The ending of the movie was pretty cool, it was predictable but at the same time unpredictable which made me want to keep watching. The acting from Aaron Paul as always is a 10/10 and Annabelle Wallis is very easy to watch with also a 10/10 for her acting. The plot line made sense to a certain extent, the flash backs were really interesting and at points confusing but all made sense as the movie went on. I must admit, i didn't think i would have enjoyed the movie, as previously stated only watched it because of Aaron Paul, but all in all, i actually ended up enjoying the movie very much. 7/10 for me.

Not a bad movie at all! Much better then half the crap Hollywood puts out! Goes to show you that something so simple can be as effective as a huge budget blockbuster movie. I'll start out that the first half of the movie had me very intrigued. The second half however changed. I thought the latter threw a 180 and went in the direction of action. I feel that if they would have toned it done some, or kept the plot linear to the first have the film would of turned out much better! I thought the acting was well done from the two leads. Aaron Paul, I thought did a wonderful job! The female lead wad beautiful to look at, and needs more rolls. She is gorgeous! I Can't say much for her acting because her dialogue is mediocre. I thought the musical score was great. The pacing worked okay for me. Well done to the director of this; good job. All in all, very enjoyable movie for the first viewing. I would like to see more like this. 6.5 from me.

Romantic-Thriller from First Time Director Zack Whedon Featuring Aaron Paul and Annabelle Wallis. It is a Low-Budget, Barely Released Disappointment that gets Everything about Half-Right. The Thriller Aspects, a Missing Girlfriend involved in Mysterious Goings On who Left the Pining Paul without a Note, is a Setup that is Classical and Consuming. There is a McGuffin (role of film), Gang Members, Intriguing Photographs of Unidentified, Creepy Looking Types, and so forth. This is a Fine Beginning but as Things Unfold the Director Decides (not advisable) to Portray the Events with Equal amounts of Present Time and Flashbacks. When Things get Tense and Scary the Viewer is Immediately Time Shifted to the Past to Solidify Their Relationship. After the First Few times this happens it becomes Tedious, Repetitive, and Stops the Films Momentum Cold. It is done with a Dull Regularity and the Story has to Gain Suspense all over again. This is Deadly to the Drama at hand. It Weakens the Movie as it Requires the Reinforcement of already Enforced Dangers. So it's a Movie of Two Competing and Separate Stories. The Movie is Long at almost 2 Hours and it probably would have Worked Better if the Love Story was Cut by Half and the Flashback Angle was Abandon for a more Linear Approach. Worth a Watch but be Prepared for a Start and Stop Feel that is Clunky and keeps this from being Less than it Should. All the Ingredients are here for a Good Thriller but the Awkward Mixing Misfires.

This movie is as if someone turned one of this hidden object games into a movie. It was interesting while it felt like it was going somewhere but kind of just gives up on it's self. All the information is read between the lines. Lazy ending try's to be romantic in a Bonnie and Clyde kind of way. The

This movie had promise and then they squandered it almost from the get go. The movie begins with two people getting off a bus and you are immediately invited to believe that the man is following the woman, when in reality they are performing some sort of role play. It only goes downhill from there. None of the plot points ever get fully explained, it's a mish mosh of action adventure disappearance movie plot lines. Skip It.
