Captive

First act fails to pull you in story wise, but the characters are interesting. the side characters interest me more than the main ones to be honest. By the time the second act hits, you've accepted that it's an action film and are just in for the ride. Story could have been written with less clichés and thrown in more character development. *SPOILER* The third act of the film ties up all the loose ends and satisfies your needs from what you'd expect from this type of film. *END OF SPOILER* The cinematography was great and there are a few shots that are intriguing and eye candy from the director. I would give this movie a watch just to see how a Feature Film can be shot in 14 days. Pretty impressive for what it is and being made within Vancouver Film School. Check it out!
