Bunny The Killer Thing (2015) is a Finish movie recommended to everyone by Edward Delgado that I recently watched on Amazon Prime for free. A group of friends in a cabin get viscously attacked by a well endowed bunny 🐰 who kills them one by one looking for fresh "female body parts," though he will take what he can get. This movie is directed by Joonas Makkonen in his directorial debut and stars Enni Ojutkangas (Elysium Hernalsience), Jari Manninen (Tuftland), Veera Vilo (Tuftland) and Roope Olenius (Tuftland). The storyline for this is horrendous although the execution is hilarious. It's a movie that doesn't take itself seriously. The kill scenes will have you cringing, covering your eyes and not believing what you're seeing. This is a terrible movie, but perfect to watch as a family at Easter diner. Overall, I'd only watch this if you're in the mood to watch something unique and are okay with it being dreadful. I'd score it a 3/10.

First, this is not an Easter movie. It always seems to be listed in Easter movie lists by mistake. Second, the movie is one big mess that is mainly a compiled script of useless characters whose sole purpose is to be the targets of a randy killer monster bunny that just wants a certain female body part and will stop at nothing to get it. The monster bunny just dangles and twirls his "thing" as he chases the characters. That's about all it does as the characters regurgitate their useless lines that serve no purpose. Some exploitation is thrown in to add to the silliness.

Unwatchable if using Amazon Prime as it has no subtitles so English speakers won't understand what's going on. There are bits of English dialogue but I found I was missing some info. I'm not sure if it's just a problem with prime or it's the actual film. We only watched 10 mins, so not sure how much was in Finnish and English, but without subtitles it was just pointless.

03/09/2019 Campy, Sick-O rabbit tail XX tale of food and fun. Perverted bunny prone to violence chases young females for food and little bunny fun. Lower unit exposed throughout this film. Small children may ask questions? Another title??? "Bad Bunny Plugs Campers". Anyway it's a good fun, really crazy movie ..... again, suitable for small children or old perverts? Sick-O's like myself will Love it. . Bon Appetit

If you like B horror..this is awesome and will make you laugh. Unbelievably ridiculous and over the top nonsense. If it was on bluray, I'd buy it in a minute ... a must watch

I actually had some high hopes for "Bunny the Killer Thing" because the synopsis for the movie sounded like this could be a very funny and interesting movie. However, the movie turned out to be just mediocre, actually. Which was a shame, because "Bunny the Killer Thing" really had potential to be outstanding and really make a stand in the dark comedy genre. However, there was just too much focus on sex and jokes below the belt, to the point where it became tedious and an anchor around the movie. The concept and idea that the writers had for this movie was definitely unique, I will say that. Because it is rare that you come across something as twisted, bizarre and far out there as "Bunny the Killer Thing" turned out to be. But again, it was all weighed down negatively by the blatant sexual layers that permeated through the movie. As for the acting, well I can honestly say that I wasn't familiar with anyone on the cast list, and for most parts then the acting talents were doing good enough jobs with their given roles and characters. However, there were some who stuck out like a sore thumb and were clearly outmatched by the talents of their fellow performers. "Bunny the Killer Thing" makes use of practical effects and does so to some success; but do take into consideration that budget and the genre of the movie. So don't except to be blown away by a grand display of impressive effects. The creature design was interesting enough, but again destroyed by the vulgarity of the sexual approach they opted for. This was hardly the funniest of dark comedies that I have seen, nor was it a particularly memorable one. And I highly doubt that I will be returning to the movie for watching it a second time. "Bunny the Killer Thing" does fall into the same area as "Rare Exports", but it just hardly stood up to what that movie turned out to be.

Arriving at a secluded mountain cabin, a group of friends on a weekend getaway brings a group of stranded travelers with them to make a party of everything, but when a monstrous, sex-crazed rabbit monster arrives looking to score with the women they must try to get away alive. This here was an exceptionally fun over-the-top effort. One of the greatest aspects here is the bonkers storyline that manages to feature several enjoyable features. The initial introduction to the film gives off a classic monster movie feel with the scientists abducting the man and then turning him into the creature against his will before escaping, while the classic setup of a group of friends partying at a cabin in the woods who run into the creature is a fine continuation. As well, these classic elements are merged onto a more modern exploitation effort that makes for a lot of fun. The film's creation of a half-man, half-rabbit with an engorged member attempting to rape the group and kill them one-by-one is a fantastic twist on that old-school feeling, especially during the attack scenes where it's especially prominent alongside the continuous utterances of its objective. Likewise, the continuous sexually explicit scenes here that range from groping to softcore fondling and even fully-* stalking of both sexes makes for a wild, over-the-top experience that has a lot of sexual energy. The other impressive feature here is the stellar gory attacks by the creature. Featuring plenty of limbs being ripped off, heads blown off by shotgun blasts, having their stomachs ripped open and their intestines pulled out and their eyeballs ripped out, there's quite a full-on assault of blood and gore here to mesh together with the other bodily fluids strewn around. With the killer rabbit especially soaked from the carnage which escalates nicely into the frantic finale where the full revelation of what the experimentations are about, leading into a furious and frantic setup. These here are what hold the film up. There are a few minor flaws here. The main issue is the fact that very little of the film manages to overcome its low-budget tone which is somewhat detrimental at times. This is mainly from the truly wretched-looking bunny costume which looks exactly like a party store costume for children as the ratty fur and cheap construction make for quite a laughably cheap monster. As well, the crazed finale feels like it's tacked on to stretch out the running time as it comes out of nowhere and brings up several intriguing ideas that could've been explored or explained more. These here are what mainly hold this one back. Rated Unrated/NC-17: Extreme Graphic Male and Female Nudity, Extreme Graphic Language, Graphic Violence, several sex scenes, Rape and heavy drug use.

My favorite killer were-bunny-on-a-rampage, horror sex comedy, Finnish/UK international production of 2015. I laughed a lot watching this, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone easily offended. Gets a bit racy and gross. But seriously, what did I just watch? It's a comedy and a horror movie. And maybe a little pornographic.
