Hallmark movies are for entertainment purposes only. They have replaced the torrid, racy novels I used to read in high school. There's not alot of substance or plot to them but the characters are good looking. Andrew Walker is my favorite Hallmark movie actor hands down. He is hot and that's all that matters to me. Other people complained about Arielle Kibbel but she's fine. They are fine together. The plot was a little thin but it was fine. I would watch it again.

As Hallmark productions go, this is rather typical, and quite pleasant fare for those us desiring to not be dizzied by millenial directors/cinematographers and their camera operators who think tossing a camera around a set makes for good cinema, or screenwriters who have every single character be sniveling entitled little jerks who preface every sentence with the EFF word...no blood and guts no dark evil clowns...just pleasant (and yes, contrived) sunday afternoon fare... Now with that said, this one hits all the marks... BUT.... BUT...BUT... I know for a fact i'm not the only one to be unsettled by the fact that jaclyn smith's snotty and rude character did Not get her come uppance, which she So Very Richly Deserved... Now We are all sure jaclyn smith is a wonderful kind lady...but she was never that good an actress to pull this off-she simply had to be bringing out some natural true nature to be #THAT. FREAKING. RUDE Come on hallmark, make a movie where rude skinny little jackie has to do community service coaching 9 year old cheerleaders for violating Dr/Patient confidentiality, or for leading the highway patrol on a high speed chase thru 4 counties, then resisting arrest. Then we can all sleep better.

I was practically giddy with delight when I saw the cast of this movie. I love Andrew W. Walker in everything he does and was thrilled that he was again paired with Arielle Kebble who I first saw in 'A Bride For Christmas" one of my favorite HM movies. They were truly marvelous. Plus David Hadyn-Jones, fell in love with him when I watched "Bramble House Christmas" with Autumn Reeser, one of the best movies I have seen him in. He is a fantastic actor. It was also exciting to Jaclyn Smith again, I always thought that she was the most beautiful actress in Hollywood.. She did a great job as the overbearing and disaproving mother of the groom. She is such a talented actress and still beautiful. Plot Arielle Kebble as Georgie Dwyer is marrying David Hadyn-Jones as Phillip Hamilton, her plastic sirgeon fiancé, whose career constantly interferes with their wedding festivities. Trying to avoid her future mother-in-law and a dress fitting for the size 2 Vera Wang wedding gown chosen by who else but the smother in-law to be. While making her escape she jumps into a pickup driven by Andrew W. Walker as Luke Griggs, a handsome,, disillusioned architect .who makes her question her choice of groom. My advice: Watch this movie.

Bridal Wave is one of my favorite Hallmark movies. It still comes on fairly often and I highly recommend thanks to the cast, chemistry, and humor. Andrew Walker always gives his best. Arielle Kebbel, especially when paired with Walker, is perfectly cast. I watch this one often and consider it a favorite. Highly recommend!

The movie is good, good acting, good locations but one thing I hated was his sandals, always in his sandal and when the wedding scene arrived I was shock he wore the sandals those horrible sandals. The wardrobe department ran out of money? Otherwise another typical Hallmark movie.

A favorite of mine because the story is a bit out of the ordinary for Hallmark (don't worry, it's mostly the same happy-ending lovable pop-writing that we love and adore). Arielle Kebler is underutilized by Hallmark. She's acting great, creates a believable character, and shows progression. So does her supporting cast, led by J. Smith who must have sold her soul or first-born to remain so beautiful through time! Mr. Walker is the William Holden of Hallmark and will always deliver. This does more than the average Hallmark to set the brand. Anyone should enjoy it.

Absolutely loved this movie. Both Walker and Kebbel have fabulous chemistry. Clever writing and believable. Parents are great and well-cast. Without giving away the plot, it was a nice change of pace to see a romance NOT based on two people that connected (as opposed to those where little smiling girls need a new mommy or daddy). Refreshing and perfect for many who are not love-struck brides to be.

There was no spark btwn the leads and the main lead looked like she didn't want to be there. Andrew was trying to over compensate for the low boring energy btwn him and his co-star. Very boring. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I didn't know the Groom's mother was Jaclyn Smith (One of the original Charlie's Angels). I wish I would have recognized her when I was watching the movie. The guy who played Luke is cute too! My favorite part of this movie is when the Bride said to her Groom 'We don't have what most people who are in love have'. I knew she meant a romance and flame....well, he was married to his profession. Thanks Hallmark for a cute flick!
