Bill and Ted die in this movie! And then they have to explore hell and many other places to get back.

I would call this the worst movie of 1991. I mean it was nice to see Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter return as Bill and Ted. But the acting was poor. And the jokes were not funny. The only thing good about this movie were the special effects. Keanu Reeves said no to Speed 2. He should have said no to this movie. Although I hope The Matrix sequels will do better.

Honestly, i watched this movie in my childhod, its not like one of those movies that have aged well. If you are a fan of the original, you probably won't like this one, its trying too hard to be as funny as the first one, don't get me wrong there are some funny bits to this movie, but not enough to make it a classic, Im pretty sure if someone just watches this now, without ever watching it in their childhood, they will not like it . 4/10

I first saw this movie back in 1992,and my opinion never changes about it. It has a few laughs, but nothing more. I liked the first one better,but the first one was nothing groundbreaking. I can't even begin to describe this movie. I mean let's get to the positives obviously Keanu and Alex are still great and have amazing chemistry together, I love the Death character he is one of the best parts of this movie, the animatronics look pretty good. But the thing is the movie is one huge corny mess, sure the original was a bit corny but not to this level. I mean you have robot versions of Bill and Ted, the best scene in this movie Death and the boys playing board games, a seance with the dead versions of Bill and Ted and more. But it's one of the movies that's so bad it's actually great at the same time. I think everyone should watch this movie it's one huge fever dream.

This movie is shockingly funny and strange film its good but not great. Maybe the thing that stopped this from being a great movie is it takes forever for bill and ted to play there song at the end.

I thought the plot of the first movie was ridiculous, but it was so ridiculous it was good; the plot of this movie is just so ridiculous it's bad. From start to finish the movie was not great and it didn't keep me intrigued. I've got nothing else to say, I just didn't enjoy this movie like the first one which I didn't think was that great as well, but at least it was a bit more funnier. This felt like a cheap teen movie; hopefully the third movie is better.

When will people learn that some movies are made for fun and are not necessarily out to change the world? If you realise this then expect to have heaps of fun while watching "Bill and Ted's bogus journey." This is a movie that is heaps of fun to watch, Keanu and Alex make a great on screen team reprising their characters from "Bill and Ted's excellent adventure" with even more 'style' then they had in 1st movie. It's not rocket science but it's great for a laugh, the characters being extremely like-able and the story-line being so radical you have to laugh. Don't expect 'deep-and-meaningfulls' just expect pure fun!

I remember when this movie came out i had to wait until it hit TV on TBS or MTV and enjoying the heck out of it. The music is well done and the effects are good. The budget is even higher and the laughs are funny!!! This was the last Bill and Ted movie to be rated PG before Face the Music upped the ante with language and a PG-13 rating.
