Poor effects - which is ok for such a low budget. Poor sets and costumes - for which a poor budget is no excuse. Poor acting. Poor American accents, I mean I think i could do a better Australian accent than these Australians do American accents. Things didn't exactly make a lot of sense either: Why fly an airliner at the aliens? Did anyone making, acting in or characters in the movie ever see anything military-related? The odds are against it. And what "battalion"? I gave it an extra star for effort to tell an original story and for not preaching to me. Otherwise not good at all.

Worst of the worst. Pure crap. It is not a movie. I don't even know what it is. Poor dialogs, bad actors, bad script, bad production etc.

This people got no shame expecting people to like their movie.i rather sleep than waste minutes of my life watching this garbage

Even as an independent film, it could have done much better all the way around. Sound is horrible, acting is horrible, props are horrible, and special effects are horrible. In the beginning, you see alien craft converging in a war. Though you can & should understand that indie films do not have big budgets, you can always work around it (I work in the production industry myself). Then you'll eventually see a "marine". Props are cheap for gear for military. They don't have NAV's, nor the right kind of setup. Hell, the gun slings are literally strings. Simple 3 point slings with quick detach are only $5-10 bucks. They are also wearing the wrong camo. It appears as its German fleck but I can't really tell because the quality is horrible. Should have stuck with a simple multicam. There is too much to list of what is wrong in the movie, so I'll talk about the acting. Of course you probably wouldn't have the budget to hire A list actors, but the acting itself, reminds me of simple teenagers and their friends coming together and trying to create a movie. Acting is not fluid at all, movement is not fluid at all. It's like they read their lines, and waited for the other person to read theirs and that's it. In production, it seems like they just went with pre-production and skipped post. Relatively long scene transitions mix with relatively short scenes cater to an awful watching experience. ADR and sound work was horrible at best. In comparison, I did the ADR work in Mr & Mrs Smith. Check out the elevator scene in that movie. It takes quite some time, but inexpensive, to reproduce the sounds for a complete natural ambient & atmospheric setting. The background music was never suspenseful. Overall, the movie does not capture excitement or viewer attention. You'll want to turn this movie off 10 minutes into it .

You can barely watch this....rather can tolerate it.....only 10-20 minutes perhaps you will be able to watch it ...this is a real bad movie...no need to waste time on that. Ignore this one ....It has no science nor any real action...And the story is a nothing one...The acting is pretty funny....it seems that they have no idea about acting. I don't know how the director casted them. But they seem no nothing about acting. So from every side it is not a watchable movie.

I'm a Sci-Fi action fan who didn't expect much from this film, aside from good CGI and somewhat realistic bloody violence that would no doubt occur if anything remotely human finds us one sunny day among the stars. This movie is being released in 2018, after evidently being filmed on the iPhone of their "chief military advisor", who created his own company to make tax deduction look more realistic in Australia. Or something along those lines, as any other reasoning as to why on Earth this movie is SO BAD just escapes me right now. Just go watch the good old Battleship with Rihanna, or Beyond Skyline, or Spectral, or even freakin' Kill Command - those are masterpieces compared to this absolutely inexcusable rubbish.
