The concept of this movie is actually really interesting in my opinion. The fact that this is a spin-off of Fairytopia is already a plus. And with Barbie narrating the story, other than being the main protagonist is really refreshing and fun to watch, a new journey with a new main character in a Barbie movie, it almost gives me the same vibes as Barbie in a Christmas Carol, and I really enjoyed that movie. Now to all my opinions. (Yes MY opinion) I really like Mariposa, she's one of my favorite characters in the movie, but no one shines like Henna. I know she's the villain and stuff, but one of my favorite scenes have her, (It's the part where she told Mariposa to join her side) and she has such a fun personality. Now to the parts that I did not like; The skeezites, they're just so ugly. Like the movie is really pretty, and then they just made the skeezites so low quality looking. And the last thing that I really don't like, this might be an unpopular opinion: The gosh darn annoying bunny. I hated the introduction of it, and the personality. Everything about it was so annoying, I'm glad it was the first one to stay in the cave. Oh well, finished with my review, overall 7/10 to the movie.

Wow, talk about a movie that just lacked about everything. But I will give it this - they didn't waste a lot of money on animators or acting talent. Although I am of the opinion that somebody like Jodi Benson could have at least made things more bearable. Anyway, here it goes. It wasn't really good on any level. The CGI was shoddy and was sub-standard to even the 1995 levels of "Toy Story". You would think they would be at least that good. Nope. Second, the story. Haven't we all heard of the 'poisoning (fill in the blank) will lead to a better...' storyline in fantasies? Nothing original here. And that isn't even talking about the lack of character development. Then comes the grumpy looking creatures that, for some reason, can't stand light. Were they supposed to be evil? No clue here. But they sure don't put up a fight. Even for kids, this was bad. Just because you put the word "Barbie" on it doesn't mean it deserves a kid's time. "F"

I really enjoyed this movie. It's such a shame that it never took off as its own brand...: I think Monster High is the reason as much as I love it Monster High is possibly the reason why Mariposa never became a movie franchise.. In a universe where it does I would've bought every single movie movie number 10 give me all this movie is class and Mariposa, her outfit, her a static yes I'm starting at Mariposa Aesthetic anyone And Monster High as much as I love you if Mariposa 2 to 10 came out, I know which one I'd rather choose... Live action... 2026 I am auditioning for Mariposa.... And Yall can't!

This movie is honestly a 10/10! Seriously, such an interesting storyline & the ending! Oh my God the ending, I'm so excited to watch it every single time!

This was a good movie with the storyteller being Elina which is interesting since we only see barbie most of the time. Mariposa is a great character people can look after since she starts as an un confident individual but blossoms to be a hero
