"Bad CGI Gator" is a modern masterpiece combining elements of political satire, dark comedy, and a critique of today's zeitgeist. The writing and acting can only be described as hilariously realistic. This film lacks any air of elitism, as it does not take itself too seriously. If six college students really went on a trip to the lake and a giant gator that could fly actually tried to kill them, this is 100% how those students would respond. This film is clearly self-aware. I refuse to believe they have lines such as "I am so bricked up for you right now, babe" and "I am an ally" as she holds up the Black Lives Matter fist, to show she is an ally of the LGBT community, on accident-this is simply comedic genius that could not possibly be accidental. "Bad CGI Gator" is a fun time, clocking in at just short of an hour. If you do not enjoy this film, you are simply a prude. I don't really understand how one person can see a film titled "Bad CGI Gator" and then get upset that the film does indeed contain a bad CGI gator. That is like taking 30 Xanax and then getting upset that you overdosed because it didn't say not to take 30 Xanax on the container. It's like taking a loaded gun, checking to see that it is loaded, and then getting mad that a bullet penetrates your foot when you shoot it because the person you purchased the firearm from (legally) did not specifically tell you not to do that. The only word that can describe someone foolish enough to get angry at this clearly low-budget movie made for fun is "dumbass." I, on the other hand, am an intellectual of the highest degree, who can understand the complex undertones and satirical subtleties that the film's writing contains. Absolute garbage...At least this debacle was less than an hour long. Whomever writes this garbage should look seriously in the mirror and take up another profession. The graphics were so fake that it was laughable. The acting was so crappy that it was laughable. This was a low budget EVERYTHING and I mean everything. Maybe AI is the way of the future in movies because the intellect creating movies in the last 10 years has fallen off the deep end. I am so glad there is fast forward on these computer video players. I cannot imagine anybody forking out $20.00 to go see this display of just tasteless and useless garbage...
