This seems to be labeled as erotica in some places, which may explain the low user ratings here. That isn't what this is.
Baby Boy, Baby Girl is a romantic comedy that carries no MPAA rating, but if it did, it would be rated "R" with mentions of sexual themes and occasional nudity.
Kyrie is expressive and cute/sexy, the ladies (and some others) might find Marco to be a "hunk 'o burnin' love," and for the guys there are plenty of beautiful, scantily dressed co-stars. I laughed, I admired the pretty people, and I was fine with the subtitles. If you are good with 1 3/4 hours of harmless fun, this will work.
If you're looking for erotica OR a timeless classic, you're better off skipping this one.
