Avocado Toast

It's been quite some time since I've actually enjoyed a movie. Avocado Toast showed up on my auto play on YouTube, I laughed at the movie graphic of what appeared to be a yelling millennial avocado,which I believe was wearing a pink pu$$¥ hat, so I had to read the plot... Who doesn't love a good movie poking fun at the narcissism that is millennials? I had to watch it. You should too! It is surprisingly enjoyable. I've read some other reviews, and I must admit that I'm not that much of a movie buff to be so savvy with my words, but let's just say that this movie made it worth me signing up for an IMDb account just to write this review. I highly recommend. I will now search out other Tyler Farr movies, in hopes to find another one worthy of a 600+ character review. Good job cast and crew. 👍

Great film bringing the story of a mid life crisis into our era! Funny characters, great twist at the end. Watch it!!!

It was a great movie coming out of covid. We all needed the laughs and reality that we missed! The ending is brilliant and you could never expect it! Greatly produced!

Some good lines but annoying characters and unrelatable script spoiled it for me. Maybe you have to be a millenial to get it.

Great overall movie. Not a huge budget so don't go into with that attitude. Loved the main actors. Great Directing and cinematography. If you are a millennial you'll love it. Even if you aren't you'll still laugh at the ridiculousness of it all. This movie is the definition of making the most with what you have. The ending is perfect for this generation and while sometimes it drags the movie itself leaves you pondering about your life while also laughing at yourself and your friends. "Straight to lbs town"

The point of this movie is to make you laugh. Allow you to have a little bit of fun as it pokes fun at Millennials in a harmless way. Comedy is subjective and not everything in this movie lands for me. But that might be different everyone. And they also obviously don't have all the resources to make it as fancy and perfect as some big-budget Hollywood blockbuster. But for what it is as a small indie comedy, it's effective and harmless with a strong core of acting. Some of the side characters are annoying, but the lead male and both lead females do a great job. Every movie is someone's life work and more people, especially people on this site, need to do a better job at respecting the filmmaking process. This particular movie took six years to make and had a lot of effort go into from someone who has a life, a full-time job, and family to feed and take care of, but still wanted to make time to follow a dream. Even if you don't like the final outcome, and I agree that not everything works for me either, the least you can do is have some respect and not casually throw out your 1/10 after giving it two seconds of thought or only watching the trailer. It's hard to make a movie. And this one is totally fine. Give it a chance!

Surprising great acting for a small budget film. Clever idea and it never feels like a low budget film. This didn't hit a home run for me but it definitely was a funny watchable comedy with some great moments.

Really fun movie with a simple and silly premise. This isn't gonna change the world or anything but it definitely provides some laughs for an hour and some change. Good work!

For an independent comedy this was very impressive. I found the movie to be very relatable, quarky and fun. It's a good film for many people, with intelligent humor, hilarious plot, and heartfelt message. Great movie overall.
