I had to write this review, so everyone can be informed.
This movie is incredibly rare, it has resurfaced to the internet roughly 10 years ago. Before that it could only be seen on VHS and Laserdisc that you could only find on Ebay or thrift stores.
Here's the plot: After a father's death, his sons create a robot. One day when one of his sons visit a party, he uses a ouija board that he not only communicates to his father, but his spirit also possesses the robot.
Throughout the movie, it's all filler, the father in the robot does nothing, his wife falls in love with him again, he gets kidnapped, and then saved by his family. He gets sent up to heaven through a seance.
I have no idea what the writers were thinking when they wanted to include the ouija board scenes that would offend a demographic. It makes no sense why the father would possess the robot while his son is talking to him through a ouija board. I am confused as to why the spirit of the father would possess the robot in the first place.
His existence throughout the movie is entire pointless. The entire thing is almost a waste of time. The only thing I learned is that the dead man's wife has to move on.
Is the writer of this movie, a Satanist?
This movie is pretty occultist. I am not surprised it wasn't released on DVD.

This is a wonderful heartfelt movie. All the children as well as Alan Thick gave super performances. Definitely something you could watch with the whole family. If you liked the Not Quite Human series I'd recommend this.
