This is my first review ever on IMDb and I want to make many, many, many more reviews but for now I wanted to leave one for the actor if by any chance in hell he sees this... Scott Callenberger you are a true talent of an actor in my opinion. I really honestly didn't know what to expect from this movie but it integrated me and soon as you started saying your lines it was then when I fell in love with not only your acting but the plot of the movie too. Ps. The acting cemetery between you and Laura Frenzer was fun and cute to watch. Good luck on with your acting and I will be rooting you on! Xoxoxo.

A very disturbing, entertaining and satifying ride that revolves around kiddy cults and revenge. Not going to be everybody's cup o tea! AN ANGRY BOY tells the story of Owen, a young man who has rebuilt his life after escaping a sadistic cult as a child. However, the scars of the past run deep, and the nightmares he thought he had outrun catch up with him in the most violent of ways. As his former tormentors weave their way back into his new life, Owen is forced to confront the demons he thought he had left behind. With the cult's sinister intentions now targeting not only him but also those closest to him, Owen is faced with a harrowing choice: to flee, as he once did, or to stand up once and for all. This time, there's no escaping for anyone.

Grab your popcorn and hold onto your seat. I jumped a few times throughout this movie! Climax building movie with a few twists and turns. It's been a long time since I've watched a good horror flick that kept me mesmerized and excited to see what would happen next. Would love to see it again on the big screen with theater sound. The story builds thru the first 20 minutes or so then it all starts coming together for the climax. WOW...what a climax. Eric Roberts was epic! Hold onto your seat for the ending! I watched the ending several times. All of the cast members were outstanding in their parts.

An Angry Boy is one of those movies that grabs you and holds on while it drags you through a story you did not know you wanted to know. And then it stays with you for days. Being based on actual events makes you want to be more aware of your surroundings, and causes you to watch your children even more closely. The movie was cast very well and the acting was spot on. They caught that teenaged awkwardness perfectly, and the creepiness of the bad people will make you uncomfortable at times. Even Owen's car is an attraction to be admired. I don't know where the cast found that old, perfectly-clean station wagon, but I wish I had the thing. And finally, the scenery was so strikingly beautiful throughout the movie that they probably should have given it all credits at the end.

An Angry Boy a psychological thriller. Based on true events makes this movie more eerie. The cast is perfect for this movie. Scott Callenberger, Caleb Lowery, Thomas Cambridge, Lauren McCann, Laura Frenzer, Logan Keeler, and Eric Roberts. Getting Eric Roberts in the movie was a great achievement and well worth it. I liked how the movie sets itself up for a possible sequel. It's that kind of movie that stays with you after watching it. I liked the chemistry between the characters, very authentic. What also amazed me is how the film looked. It captures an 80's era which I thought was awesome. Way to go Kevin Provost, Cinematographer. And lastly we can not forget Andrew Fitzgerald for creating this story and directing this cast in a way that makes your skin crawl. Very well done. I applaud you!

The film looks spectacular, the acting is excellent and it keeps you in your seat! Low budget thrillers this good are hard to find, so if you're on the fence hopefully this review will help. Through clever framing and lighting, the film creates a palpable sense of tension and unease, effectively drawing viewers into its world of suspense. The visual storytelling elevates the overall experience. The cult elements and the small town intrigue later in the story are gripping. If revenge thrillers are your thing you shouldn't miss this one. I'd love to see a prequel about Mr Robers character, something for the filmmakers to consider?

I saw an early viewing of the movie and it was not a disappointment. One of the best movies I've watched in quite a while. Gruesome and brutal but with a teeny underdog feel. I love the way Andrew and the crew brought his vision to life. I've followed him on YouTube for years and to see his creative genius come to fruition in this film was really a pleasant experience. I can't hype this movie up enough. Share it with your family, friends, and put the trailer out on your social media. Let's get these talented people the recognition they deserve! I'm actually gonna run now, gotta watch it one more time before I turn in for bed!

I have watched Angry Boy twice. The cast did a great job and I am so glad the producer selected quality actors. The movie was of high quality and I was able to follow the story with ease. The story line was fit for my family and teenagers to watch. Congratulations to the producers and his team on creating this movie. I really hope there is an Angry Boy 2. I can easily also see there being a spin-off. Thanks for taking the time to develop the story and for the actors putting a lot of thought in each line for their speaking roles. Sometimes I can tell when movies are rushed but Angry was definitely developed properly and exceeded my expectations!
