What a horrible way to open up a special with the same mundane women are not getting enough romantic options because men are threatened and of successful women what not, I'm so tired of this trend to be honest, and believe me, my partner makes the same amount I make if not more with bonuses, it's just trend riding at its best. Not enough men are being applauded for what they do everyday, and Ali comes in generalizing that all men are threatened or that that they cannot stomach the idea of a successful woman, that's just sexist.

I watched Ali's earlier standup specials and enjoyed them a lot, I thought she was original and showed real potential. This one is a gigantic miss though. She doesn't seem to have any new material at all, there isn't a single fresh thought in there, she's just repeating the exact same jokes from the previous shows, but for some reason, in more graphic detail, and they are dragging on way too long. Maybe because I'm not American I can't understand the cultural significance of her being nasty, but for me it does nothing. I'm not prude, it's just pointless. I'm hoping that it's some kind of female empowerment thing, otherwise I can only assume that she's doing it for shock value in a desperate attempt for attention. I sense it's a mix of both, as she really has nothing much to say.

I love her, her comedy of truths resonate with me. I really enjoyed this one and lol throughout. She gets raw and real in a few areas and and that's why it's funny bc there's truth behind it. If you can't handle the truth then ali wong isn't for you.

Not funny at all. Ok so this needs to be a review longer than first sentence, I like all kinds of jokes literally the darker the humor the better, but this was just not funny I was wondering all the time why is the audience laughing, and sex jokes are funny usually the funniest but not if your entire show is just a joke about sex. Can't believe I wasted an hour of my free time on this.

I laughed out loud throughout and I rarely do that. This woman is so funny. The only people leaving bad reviews are men who have never self reflected in their lives. It's sad because she doesn't say anything untrue throughout the special. It's just as good, if not better, than her previous specials. Ali always delivers.

Late to the Ali party but I'm glad I made it. First 15 minutes were average. The final 45 were hysterically funny. I could not stop laughing. This is that "cringe comedy" is meant to be: HELLA FUNNY. New fan here!!

I feel like I watched this only 'cause I like ali wong because it's not as funny as her first two Netflix specials. This felt more like a rant about equality than stand up which made it more predictable because it's all arguments we've heard before, just coupled with a couple punchlines instead so I did still have a few laughs. Same way I wouldn't want to to hear a rant about women for an hour is the same way I wouldn't be excited to hear one against men. And some of her jokes felt like recycled, rephrased lines from her previous two, where she'll talk crap about her husband or being a breadwinner and then talk about why she loves him in the end. It was funny the first time, the second, not so much. I liked ali wong because even if she joked about men or did explicit jokes, it was well thought of and actually funny while this was just stereotypical cheap shots at men or how good being single with no kids is. There were hints of her brilliance but too few, you might enjoy this if you don't like or annoyed by men and want to relate, but not because it's funny, unlike her first two which really were. I don't think it's bad enough to warranty all the 1 or 2 star ratings, but watching this just made me wish Netflix gave the chance for a full special to Adrienne Lapalucci from "the degenerates" (on Netflix too) because they're not a lot of women who do that kind of comedy so it was nice to see, for me at least as a dark comedy fan.

Ali Wong is a gifted comedian. Who was hilarious in her two previous Netflix specials. Sadly, that is not the case this time around. There are moments of her previous brilliance. But they are far and few between. Most of this was making fun of men, though not in her very talented old way. This was more bitter and angry. I truly hope Ali Wong isn't the latest comedian who has become a member of The Cult of Woke. Please bring back Original Ali, New Ali is something I'm going to skip.
