Netflix has really been trying to increase the number of shows and movies that they have available for watching, even if it means creating endless spinoffs such as XO kitty from the to all the boys trilogy, that 90's show from that 70's show. Or even live actions from animated movies and series like One piece or avatar the last airbender. However, what I really dislike is when they create the same thing but entirely different. I wouldn't have a problem if there had been a long time wait like 6-10 yrs. Or if the original move was created by another company. But really it seems as though they are plagiarizing themselves. In 2021 not long age they released a movie with an identical plot. A Naija Christmas. A typical Yoruba woman pushes her three sons to find spouses before Christmas day on order to inherit her properties.
