A Fall from Grace

I knew something was off about Sarah from the start but couldn't place a hand on it this is an awesome movie. I seriously can't trust anyone with this.

I read a review on here that sted this was based on true events and just want to make it clear that it isn't. The movie itself isn't complete garbage but it doesn't excel in anything.

1 out of 5 stars. A Fall from Grace is a flat out terrible drama film. About an older woman being in trial for murder of her own husband. She gets interviewed to explain her side of the story about the day she met the guy. Which seemed perfect until after she married him. Tyler Perry script and direction is terrible. Cheesy. Dumb. And the story is cliche just like most of Tyler Perrys drama films. The acting is horrible. The movie is boring. This one is definitely a miss.

There's an odd feel to this. It's a movie but it feels like a soap/ tv drama but lasting a lot longer. Jasmine is a terrible lawyer. Goofs - like the white slippers disappearing as grace descends the stairs. And watch the old guy eating (not) his pasta in the romantic first date restaurant scene - he's looking at the camera half the time. Woeful.

A Fall From Grace is the newest Netflix original, and it is about a women who is on trial for murdering her husband. This movie isn't great but it does have its moments. My favorite part is the film is the performance of Crystal Fox who plays Grace Waters in the film. Her performance is definitely the highlight of the movie. Now I would say the dialogue in this film is really weird. And characters in this movie often don't act or talk like real people and sometimes that can pull you out of the experience. The ending moments that I don't want to spoil feel very unnatural and rushed. Another thing that I noticed in this film is that almost all them men come off as rude and degrading. I appreciate that this movie has a strong female lead but do we really need to make almost all the men in the movie come off as jerks? All in all like I said this movie has some interesting moments throughout but certainly has its flaws as well.

One of the worse movies I have ever seen. Implausible occurrences and non believeable characters. Jasmine hellllloooo wakey wakey. Every time there is a courtroom scene Jasmine appears deaf ? Ridiculous ending shows Sarah at an interview as a carer ? Surely her picture would have been all over the news as the coverage of the case appeared to be quite extensive. Don't waste your time on this. It's rubbish.
