Just watch the film on Netflix, didn't watch it in the cinema lol (because I didn't know about it). The action, scenes are quite amazing compared to other action films I've watched before. The story is simple (I wish it could be more mysterious thing to solve in the next chapter). The editting is extrordinary, I guess. Never seen that editting in any other Vietnamese before, it's quite interesting but some scenes make me so confused because I don't know that is reality or flashback. Anyway, I recommend for you to watchthis film on your weekend if you want to watch something simple but still attractive, or you want to relax a bit.

Action are impressive, characters quite good,. I like the little girl's acting. The plot is simple just like almost every other action movie. They said there will have sequel, I am curious of what they gonna do with second chapter, seem Like big boss is still alive??? If I was the father, I may do the same thing. Whoever dares to touch my kids, do not play with me. This reminds of taken movie also. I don't like to girl's role, she seems to be someone important but I dont impress much, maybe she is not main character so we can not see her often but I would like to see her connection more. Anyways, my experience are quite interesting wtaching the film.

This movie is interesting because there are so many arguments and discussion about it. Some people like it, and some people disagree with it. But when watching it, you may have your own opinion. I am not going to spoil it but leave you the choice to feel it in your own way. At the end of the story, family love, father-daughter's bond is so strong and powerful to get over everything. I have to send my admiration for every beautiful frame of the movie and music. They are super good. This film is tough also, cause it brings out a sensitive topic about children by using an interesting storytelling method. Thumbs up to the crew and their hard work. I enjoy watching it!

Action movie so it is quite interesting watching the action sequence, fighting are on points, thriller and entertaining. But the story was too simple, I think so. Maybe the two fathers' confrontation could be more interesting, we see more interaction between father and two female characters. At first, I think there should have something between them but then I agree that the movie may do not want to focus on love line or adult interaction here cause all of the focus on the little girl and his father's revenge. It is understandable. There is a plot at the end but someone who watch lot of movies may feel something about it already, I was surprised but not too amazed.

578: Phat Dan Cua Ke Dien is the latest highly anticipated action movie from Vietnam of 2022 (right after Thanh Soi of course) and although pretty generic in plot and characters, fan of mindless action movie gonna have a feast with this one cause 578 in my opinion was not a movie in the traditional definition but a interactive movie where the action of one character mean nothing if you picked the wrong part for that said character. The movie was loaded with action scenes and set pieces to the point that the plot and acting was thrown aside with no consider what so ever. Despite clocking at an hour and a haft, the movie was so fast paced that I seriously thought that the whole thing I just saw on the big screen was a frank from someone who just got his first gig as an editor and only care about showing off the action scenes to the viewers. It was nice while it lasted so I recommend this movie to anyone who short tempered and just want a quick fun time.

I watched this movie alone in theater. I decided to watch it after seeing so many article about how good/ how smart and also how bad this movie is. People seems to have a lot of discussion about it. What a big mess from news to know exactly this movie is good or bad. And this movie surprised me cause it is a really good one for me. Eventhough it is an action film but I love the big message here: family, love, and protection. Here we have two fathers confront to protect their child but at the end love is right but the way we express it seems to be wrong. I also like the way they delicately bring out the society issue of children assaulted. I mean there are so many things to talk about this movie: story, actors, music, beautiful frames, the rythm of the story and action scenes. When watching this movie, I can clearly recognize the diretor's style and I have to say it is totally different from other VN director. For me, he has built his own film style. This one is consistent from his debut "Father and Son" to this movie. And eventhough his style is different but somehow when watching the movie you can feel it represents for the place where it come from. It is so Vietnam in the breath, in the beautiful landscape, in some small details of traditional game.. these elegant minor things. So I wanted to write my thoughts here cause I want to support the director and the team for making this movie. There are always love and hated at a same time toward a thing and obviously a movie. Just please keep the good things to go forward, if there is any ungood things, fix them and still go forward. Cheers to you guys!

When 578 hit Vietnamese cinemas, there are many people felt the film was not familiar to them. Some were excited about it but some were not. I was totally amazed at 578: the action is incredible, the music is absolutely amazing and the visual part is also charming, showing such a wonderful and beautiful Vietnam. I consider 578 bringing a new way of film making because I can see the international elements in 578. In Vietnam, the audiences are familiar with remake film, comedy film so I can see when they watch a new way of making film in 578, some people may not like it. But I believe, 578 will be welcomed so much in international market where the audiences are already know this style of making film. 578 is an amazing film in Vietnam cinema in 2022.

The best Vietnamese action movie ever. Film 578 Magnum it brings a new style that Vietnamese movies have never had. Competent critics have exclaimed that this 578 is a step forward for cinema. Because it is so new, it will encounter some reactions from the filmmakers. However, in the end we have to admit that there must be movies that create a new style like 578 for Vietnamese cinema to change drastically.

The story seems to be simple but actually has many layers of meaning. In the first 20 minutes, you might not understand immediately what is going on and have to take guesses. And as the movie goes on, everything will be unfolded gradually. It made me impatient sometimes but I found it to be quite an interesting way of telling the story. Because it's quite boring for me if the story is too easy and predictable. Other than that, the movie is massive compared to other Vietnamese movies so far. Not many VN filmmakers has the gut to do a movie in such a big scale like this. It also has a lot of action sequences and all of them are really impressive and unique. Respect to the director and the whole team.
