I really don't understand when a movie is released without subtitles/closed captioning for those who normally have difficulty hearing.
Then, releasing a movie that has a bad soundtrack (where the sound goes from loud to very low) instead of evening it out, is just unwatchable.
I really don't know much about what was going on, so I could only give it 2 stars.
It looked like it COULD be interesting, but just can't hear it.

Eric (a solid and likeable performance by Ivan Gonzalez) and Blake (a pleasingly feisty portrayal by Cassie Howarth) find themselves bound and gagged together in the trunk of a pick-up. It turns out the pair's abductors have very unpleasant plans in store for them.
Director Benjamin Goalabre relates the gripping story at a constant pace, generates a good deal of claustrophobic tension, takes time to develop the two main characters, and makes nice use of the dry and desolate Nevada desert landscape. Moreover, Michael Madsen and William Baldwin play their colorfully slimy bad guy roles with delicious lip-smacking wicked relish. A nifty little flick.

I really liked this very intelligent film. Not a lot of sets but a lot of ideas with long suspense and great actors. The young Ivan Gonzalez and Cassie Howarth are very good in front of the 2 big actors that are Michael Madsen and William Baldwin.

Isn't as bad as some make it out to be, but as one reviewer put it, you probably won't watch it again. The guy's accent was terrible, and, like the rest of the movie, not all that believable.

The movie does come together in the end. Definitely not for everybody but who am I to judge other peoples creative outlets. Just hard to get past the seemingly never ending trunk ride. Almost like a Las Vegas spinoff of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, almost
