I wanted to turn this off after 20 minutes but finished it unfortunately. The only good thing about this movie was seeing the hot actress Teresa Palmer. The other people who reviewed this must have something invested in it. The music & sound was horrendous unless you're a teenager & this is the new junk they like, old rocker here. Story line was too boring & the ending well it could of ended at the 30 minute mark & even that would of been too long. There are not too many movies that I find this bad but be warned it you rent it be ready to be disappointed.

A story about mysterious set of events that continue happening to one man at 2:22 every single day. Michiel Huisman stars is an air traffic controller from New York losing his job after experiencing a weird flash of light causing him to blank out at 2:22. The plot tells about his experiencing more and more weird events at the same time after he meets a woman, played by Teresa Palmer. This appears being quite a unique idea for a film story overall it's not easy to understand what is exactly going on. Is it the movie the stars or about this guy? Is it something else? The full cast includes Sam Reid, Maeve Dermody, Remy Hii, and Simone Kessell. To sum up an original idea but the result is nothing more than a barely decent entertainment.

We didn't have high expectations before we watched this movie, but still it was worse than expected. There are plenty of movies about reliving the same day over and over or similar circumstances and they are usually appealing (albeit unoriginal). This was not the case. The actors and the filming were good. No budget problem in this movie. But the story just doesn't add up, it isn't meaningful. You just get to the end and feel like it was a waste of time. Not a good science fiction film and not a good love story either.

The movie is very good at color, music, pictures and leading actors are good for performing and looks elegant in front of the camera. I really enjoyed the aerial ballet scene BUT then those beautiful bubbles blast... The story telling is very very slow and out of focus. I felt I was watching different movies. And when the TRUTH appeared, both me and my partner was saying"This movie is so silly!" Totally pointless and cliché ending. if it was a love theme or talk about ATC workers pressure or any other story line would make this movie worth to watch.

This terribly compiled, terribly acted, terribly edited, and terribly scripted nonsense was so bad that it actually made me laugh. The film starts off promising despite the bad acting from an Australian cast putting on poor American accents. However it quickly plummets on all levels as the film reveals it's unimaginative twists to the sound of never-ending background music and what feels like the production style usied in a commercial for Qantas. There is so much madness here that you really feel the director has completely lost touch with reality and has taken the cast down with him. Avoid at all costs

2:22,that's as much as you should see about this movie. Or well, if you're expecting some dump plot that might entertain a few people, then watch it, but i can assure you, there's nothing memorable about this film. The acting wasn't particularly good, the script was simple and predictable, the direction was flat... This is one of those movies that yes, may have the money and resources to make a good project, but just lacks a soul. Let's forget all the things i said before about acting, direction and script, let's just talk about how i felt while watching the film. Did it make me fell...excited? No!, sad? No!, happy? No!, and i could continue but i guess you got my point. The only thing i felt was getting bored and regretting the money i paid in the theater. PS: Dario, just stay with Danny, she has 3 dragons.

I can't believe how many reviews are so ridiculously negative. And I also can't believe that no one has drawn a comparison between this film and "The Age Of Adaline". So it makes me think that these negative reviews are by people who don't watch many films. Both this film and "Adaline" have the same male lead, have similar haunting theme music and deal with a relationship that spans decades. But that is not a bad thing - Adaline is at least a 9 in my estimation and I've given this an 8. In fact, since the overall rating is currently 5.7, there must be a lot of ratings greater than the miserable low ones given by the negative reviewers. So I say "Watch the film, it's good, it's touching and it made perfect sense to me". Perhaps the reviewers who didn't understand it weren't paying attention. And if you like this film, watch "The Age Of Adaline".
